Before hopping on a call or anything - you provide a bit of information about your project, brand, and needs. This ensures that we will be both be a good fit for each other and that no time is wasted :)

03 : project proposal
I will send you a customized project proposal based on everything I have gathered from the enquiry form, questionnaire, and discovery call. This is essentially my plan of action for what I would do if you hire me.
04 : onboarding
When you become a client - I begin a process of onboarding with you.
This is the process of systems , organization, and tools that I am introducing you to so that we can communicate effectively over the course of our project(s) together.
Project onboarding systems + management include: google drive shared planning hub, slack communications channel, and notion project hub + rolodex.
